The Christmas event for Apex Legends has been the talk of the community. Leaks of the new Winter Express game mode have also been making the rounds. One major thing that also correlates with this winter event is the fact it is a Mirage Takeover event as well. Data miner iLootGames has revealed there will be a Mirage Town Takeover along with new Christmas skins.

According to the data miner, the small town to the south of Lava Fissure will be getting a makeover for the Mirage event. Much like the previous town takeovers it only makes sense to revamp areas in the map that don’t get much attention by players.
The data miner also revealed some new Christmas cosmetics for the upcoming event.
