Fighting games are no strangers to the world of casual gamers and esports fans alike. WWE are also no strangers to developing games for their fans to play. However, some of their latest installments have been lackluster, to say the least. AEW took the world by storm since their PPV All Out before they were even a full wrestling company. Many fans wondered if they would eventually capitalize on the market of video games. Well for all those waiting All Elite Wrestling has launched a new YouTube channel called AEW Games. With the launch of the channel, AEW also announced they are working on three wrestling games for their fans.

The official announcement was made on the All Elite Wrestling YouTube channel with a 20-minute video. The trailer above shows a glimpse at what the game will look like. AEW has partnered with video game developer YUKES’S to work on a console game for the company. They are also getting help from Hideyuki “Geta” Iwashita known for his work on the fifth-gen console game No Mercy.

The other two games are mobile games designed to be released sooner for fans. The first being developed by KarmaGames is AEW Casino: Double or Nothing set to release this winter. Taking inspiration from their PPV Double or Nothing theme the game will be based on slots, blackjack, roulette, and poker.

The final game in development by Crystallized Games is known as AEW Elite GM. A General Manager Simulator gives fans the opportunity to create a fantasy roster for this mobile game. They’ll be able to create wrestlers, set up matches, and generate revenue for their fantasy roster.

Kenny Omega, EVP of AEW, is one of the masterminds behind putting together the partnerships for these games. No stranger to video games himself he has picked some of the best developers to work with.
